Nike  introduced Arsenal FC  jersey or costumes  featuring a new design approach intended to improve performance, but at the same time, minimize environmental impact. This new costumes emphasize the values of Arsenal FC’s unique tradition with traditional graphics, while applying lightweight design and uses recycled fabric.

This new costume design innovation and reflect the best detail demanded by football players elite class. The combination of the source material can be recycled, a new aesthetic design, and will honor the rich history of the club Arsenal has set the standard for making this club costumes.

For the first time in the history of this club, new jersey is made entirely from recycled polyester, where each T-shirt is made of eight bottles of water, that was obtained from landfills in Japan and Taiwan.

The bottles are cleaned and processed into small granules, melted into yarn and woven to make the costume material. This new manufacturing process can reduce energy use by 30 percent when compared with traditional polyester manufacture. Kompas
